I love to travel and experience all that the world has to offer, but, the one place that keeps me coming back time and again is the Walt Disney World Resort. My parents first took my sister and me to "The Most Magical Place on Earth" in 1982. We returned numerous times during my childhood and Walt Disney World quickly became one of my favorite places to visit. Fast forward 42 years and 27 visits later, I'm fulfilling a lifelong dream of connecting people with the magic I've grown to love. Love Disney but prefer not to navigate crowds or walk several miles each day? Book a Disney Cruise Line vacation. The ships are gorgeous, the bed the most comfortable on earth, and the private island, Castaway Cay, features a wide array of activities for the entire family. Definitely the most restful Disney vacation you'll ever have!

Disney Cruise Line

I'll admit, as a lifelong Disney Parks fan, I doubted Disney Cruise Line could find a place in my heart. Boy was I wrong! Disney Cruise Line gives me all the same feels AND my feet aren't throbbing at the end of the day. If you're planning to visit the theme parks, a 3 or 4-night itinerary is a perfect way to recuperate after a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort.

Of course Disney Cruise Line provides out-of-this-world service to its guests. Here are five additional reasons you should book a Disney Cruise Line vacation:

Castaway Cay: I absolutely love snorkeling in the protected area on Disne's private island. It's peaceful and so much fun to explore the sunken treasures. There's also an Adult Only beach if you need a break from the kiddos.

The bed: No kidding! Hands down the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Combine the comfy bed with being on the ocean=best sleep ever!!

Youth Clubs: Childcare is included for children ages 3-18! My tweenager loved hanging out at Edge. I loved relaxing on the upper deck with an adult beverage. Children 6 months-3 years receive care at "it's a small world" nursery for an additional fee.

Mickey Mouse Ice Cream Bar 24/7: Have you ever dreamed of having a Mickey Mouse Ice Cream bar delivered to your room? You don't have to dream about--you can request one via room service aboard a Disney Cruise Line ship.

On Board Entertainment and Activities: A day at sea is never boring when you sail on Disney Cruise Lines! Guests can select from a variety of activities ranging from trivia, bingo, beverage tastings, water slides, miniature golf, obstacle courses and more. In addition, guests can catch recently released movies and will enjoy several Broadway caliber stage shows while onboard.

Disney World Christmas Vacation

Karen was great to work with! She was always quick to respond and worked to get every reservation we wanted even the ones I thought would be impossible to get. Her itinerary was clear and the whole vacation went without a hitch. We were able to hit up every ride we wanted to and our family has amazing memories that will last a lifetime!
