My appreciation for all things Disney started early in my childhood, with annual family trips to Disneyland in California. Since then, I have come to love Walt Disney World in Florida, become a platinum Castaway Club member with Disney Cruise Line, experienced the luxury of Adventures by Disney family vacations, and even spent a wonder-filled weekend exploring Disneyland Paris! My daughter grew up in the magic, and now, as empty nesters, my husband and I are enjoying a fun new chapter of our travel adventure book.
I specialize in concierge level, club level, and VIP experiences, and am always exploring opportunities to enjoy the finer side of Disney.
I also believe that travel is truly a way to find magic in the real world, and I can help your family make magical memories almost anywhere!
When I'm not helping to plan magical vacations for my wonderful clients, my husband and I own a charming little seaside restaurant, and I am a librarian and admitted bibliophile. I live in coastal Connecticut with my husband, teen daughter, and way too many pairs of Mickey ears.

Ready for a fun night! Kimpton Vividora, Barcelona
Now that we are getting used to our empty nest, my husband and I are leaning into the luxury of experiencing travel that's not wed to a school calendar! Last fall, we took a grand trip to the Mediterranean for a few days in Barcelona, followed by a 7-night cruise with Virgin Voyages.
VV has turned what you know about cruising upside down with its adults only ships, chic yacht style, upscale suites, amazing inclusions, and all-boutique dining (no buffets here!).There's even a tattoo parlor onboard... so did we???
We spent the beginning of the trip exploring Barcelona, the European city we might now just call our favorite! It was the perfect introduction to the Spanish and Catalan experience, and we enjoyed wandering and exploring, and also incredible tours focused on art, wine, tapas, and culture. Our hotel, Kimpton Vividora, was located in the heart of the Barri Gòtic (Gothic Quarter), a perfect home base for for our three days.
Once we boarded the beautiful Scarlet Lady, we were relaxed, acclimated to the time change, and ready to have fun! Our Mega Rock Star suite, the Gorgeous Suite, was everything we needed and more. Spacious and comfortable, with an expansive private balcony, a gorgeous marble bathroom, comfy bed and sectional sofa, a record player and a stack of cool vinyl, and a ridiculously stocked private bar... home for the next 7 nights was looking pretty good!
Our itinerary visited Toulon (France, Rome (Italy), and Corsica (France), with three days at sea. We booked shore excursions through Virgin for Toulon (day in St Tropez) and Rome (tour of the city highlights), and had the best.day.ever. on our own exploring Corsica. Dining was incredible, as we love all the eateries onboard. The Wake is our favorite, and this longer itinerary allowed us to experience it all, and multiple times.
We had one rocky, rainy day at sea, which turned out to be one of our favorite days of the trip. We spent the day lazily enjoying our suite, with zero guilt, watching movies, playing board games, reading, and napping... emerging only for an incredibly decadent and delicious brunch at The Wake.
When we returned to Barcelona on our final day, to say we were sad that it was over would be an understatement. The trip was incredible from start to finish, but the very best luxury of all was the time together. And the tattoos? Yes, we did!
